Loan Signing Requirements
Valid Identification
- Unexpired State-issued Driver's License
- Or current US Passport or ID Card
- Foreign Passports (must be stamped by USCIS)
Lender Documents
- Complete documents provided by your lender.
- We review all pages before the appointment
- We provide two copies, One to submit and one for the signers to keep.
Time Expectations
- Standard signings take 1 hour to 2 hours
- All signers must be present at the same time
- Please provide table space for signing in a quiet, well-lit environment
